When can I pick up my order?
Pre-orders are made fresh for your selected pickup event. Available pickup dates and times are shown on the Preorder page when ordering. You can also view our upcoming pickup schedule on the Upcoming Events page.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup locations vary depending on our current event schedule. Available pickup locations are shown on the Preorder page when ordering and on our Upcoming Events page. Your selected pickup details will also be included with your order confirmation.
What is the order cut off?
Each pickup event has its own preorder deadline. The current cutoff will be shown on the Preorder page while ordering.
HOW DOES PRE-ORDER PICKUP WORK?
Visit our Preorder page to build your 6-pack and choose from the available pickup options. Once your order is placed, your selected pickup date, time, and location will be included with your order confirmation.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we do not offer shipping. These pre-order items are for local pick up only.
Can I choose any flavors I want?
Yes. Each pickup event features a rotating menu of six flavors, and you can mix and match your favorites to create your own 6-pack.
What happens if I miss my pick up?
Orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window are not eligible for a refund, hold, or transfer. Because treats are made fresh for that specific event, missed pickups are considered forfeited.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes. They will just need the name used on the order or your order confirmation.
Are flavors guaranteed to be available?
Flavors are available while supplies last. Pre-ordering is the best way to reserve your favorites before the current pickup event.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
At this time, we do not offer allergy-friendly or dietary-restriction-specific options. Our treats may contain or come into contact with common allergens.
